Fastest Path
Open Lobbe, go to Profile or Settings - Account Actions - Request Account Deletion. The app will submit a signed-in deletion request for your account.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your Lobbe account:

What Will Be Deleted Or Anonymized
- Account profile information such as display name, username, avatar/profile data, and preferences.
- User-generated profile details and optional activity/profile visibility settings.
- Non-essential inventory, reward, social, and participation data where deletion is technically and legally safe.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for payment processing, refunds, fraud prevention, security, disputes, tax, accounting, legal obligations, or platform abuse investigations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Identity Verification
To protect users, we may ask you to confirm control of the account email or provide enough information to verify that you own the Lobbe account before processing deletion.
Processing
We review deletion requests as soon as practical. If we need more information, we will contact you at the email linked to your account or the email you used to submit the request.
