Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Lobbe accounts, lobbies, events, rewards, payments, predictions, and community features.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lobbe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Lobbe.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organization.
  • You must not create accounts to spam, abuse rewards, evade moderation, or manipulate games, predictions, or payments.

Youth Accounts And Parental Consent

Youth and teen accounts on Lobbe are created by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized coach/academy — not through unrestricted self-registration. By claiming or creating a linked child account, the guardian confirms they are the parent or legal guardian (or duly authorized org contact) and consent to the child using Lobbe under guardian oversight.

  • Child accounts use reduced capabilities (no public discovery, no direct credit top-up, restricted chat) enforced server-side.
  • Session credits for youth accounts are funded through a linked guardian wallet unless otherwise stated for a verified org program.
  • Guardians may set controls, fund sessions, and revoke access; revoked access may suspend the child account.
  • Coaches and academies may provision roster players only under a verified org program and must collect minimal information (name, jersey, parent email).
  • Guardians accept consent version parentslobbe_v1 when linking a child via Guardian Portal or Family Hub.

Sports, Events, And Safety

Lobbe helps users organize and join sports and activity sessions. You are responsible for deciding whether a venue, event, activity, opponent, team, route, or physical activity is safe and suitable for you. Follow venue rules, local laws, and health guidance.

Payments, Credits, And Rewards

  • Lobbe Credits, Stars, lootboxes, cosmetics, shoes, badges, and other rewards are digital product features, not cash, securities, or stored-value claims unless explicitly stated by law.
  • Purchases, refunds, wallet adjustments, and promotional grants may be reviewed for fraud, abuse, support issues, or payment errors.
  • Rewards and cosmetics may be revoked if granted by mistake, obtained through abuse, or tied to content that violates platform rules.

Predictions And Campaigns

Lobbe Picks and prediction campaigns are intended as fixed-prize, social, skill-based product features. They are not gambling, betting, staking, wagering, or pooled-prize mechanics. Campaigns must be approved by the platform before publishing.

User Content And Conduct

  • Do not upload, create, or share vulgar, hateful, infringing, threatening, unsafe, or illegal content.
  • Do not harass users, manipulate reviews, fake activity, submit false proof, or abuse lobbies/events.
  • Lobbe may moderate, remove, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts or content that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

Lobbe-owned assets, artwork, names, badges, cosmetics, shoes, UI, and code remain Lobbe property unless stated otherwise. Users must not upload brand logos, team crests, shoe designs, or protected visuals unless they have the rights to do so.

Availability And Changes

Lobbe may change, pause, remove, or limit features for maintenance, safety, fraud prevention, product changes, or legal reasons.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the Lobbe app Settings screen or at the account deletion page. Some payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, and legal records may be retained where required.
